PCG Polska, responsible for the dissemination activities of the BONDING Project acts as Data Controller of your personal data. In compliance with Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that due to the abovementioned Regulation, you are entitled to data protection regarding your personal data, and that the data will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
Your personal data will be processed in compliance with GDPR, ensuring appropriate security and confidentiality.
Scope and legal bases of data processing is the execution of measures related to contractual or pre-contractual obligation.
Specifically, your data will be used for the following scope:
- Technical and functional access to the website: no data is collected after you quit the Browser
- Advance navigation purposes or custom content management
- Statistics and analysis of navigation and users
Your personal data can be used, with your consent, for the following scope:
- Provide you information about our promotional activities
The provision of data regarding the aforementioned purposes is optional, and your refusal does not compromise the continuation of the relationship or the adequacy of the treatment itself.
How we treat your data
Your data can be processed in the following way:

- by electronic calculators using software directly managed or programmed;

Time Limits
Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is:
- established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed for the execution and completion of the contractual purposes;
- established for a period that does not exceed the services provided.

- cancellation, transformation anonymous forms or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which the conservation it is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, to those which data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; d. data portability.
